What to do if you have irritable bowel syndrome
Bloated stomach, diarrhea, constipation, excess gas, painful stomach cramps… these are just symptoms of an irritable bowel syndrome. In simplest terms irritable bowel syndrome is used to define abdominal and intestinal problems if no other symptoms or complications are found. What causes irritable bowel syndrome might be in our diet and is probably its most common cause. If a person is diagnosed with an irritable bowel syndrome it might be difficult to come up with a medication because IBS comes in wide range of causes and symptoms. Bowel movement might be an immediate relief by cleansing the colon of waste and toxic which could have caused the syndrome.
